Active since 2018, Fenix Capital was founded and is led by partners with more than 20 years’ experience in real estate. We work with investors, property owners and operators to assess, structure and deliver real estate initiatives. Our work spans high-end residential projects and opportunities with strong potential for returns, value enhancement and growth.
We also work on complex property situations, including enforcement proceedings and debts that may be settled through negotiation. We bring together relevant expertise, professional coordination and, where viable, investment capacity.
