About Fenix Capital
Founded in 2018 and based in Milan, Fenix Capital is an independent company working with investors, property owners and operators on advisory, investment and property value-enhancement initiatives.
Our approach
We connect strategic assessment with delivery capability. We consider objectives, market conditions, deal economics and operating requirements before defining the role of Fenix Capital and the partners involved.
Our real estate work spans different segments, from high-end residential to opportunities with return and repositioning potential. We also have a dedicated workstream for cases where debt or enforcement proceedings affect a property.
